Founder

Afshin founded CORE because he envisioned a change that needed to take place within the home health setting. His philosophy is to treat patients as family and to bridge the gap with all involved in patient care to ensure that all prosper. Afshin is a true advocate for genuine quality patient care, support of his clinicians, and growth in home care agencies.

Afshin loves to travel, weightlift, play basketball, play videogames, ski, hike, and most importantly spend time with wife/family/friends.

Co-Founder

Renee graduated from Loma Linda University and earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy. Her expertise is predominantly in orthopedics, neurological, and geriatrics. She stated, “I want to improve healthcare by keeping up with evidence-based practice along with innovative techniques and displaying that in a home health care setting. Our mission at CORE is to develop strong, positive, and a healthy patient-driven community.”

Renee’s hobbies include traveling, hiking, snowboarding, playing drums, music, animal lover, and spending quality time with husband/family/friends.
